How long does it take to make my order?

All grab handles are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. But can be 2-3 Business days longer in the busy periods.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the time and materials used to create our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is an issue caused by our error, we will review the order and provide a suitable resolution.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we don’t offer worldwide Shipping due to the complexity of shipping over seas, But we are definitely looking into expanding.

How strong are the grab handles?

Our grab handles are made using high-strength paracord and are designed for durability in off-road conditions.

Can I request custom colours?

Yes. Custom colour combinations may be available depending on current stock.
